Project 3: Mass Cancer Screening |
This Program is done under KNM, Dammam with KBM Riyadh. Dr Masilamani, a renowned Scientist from King Saud University Riyadh will spent 3 days in Kayalpatnam and use his simple cancer screening through Blood and urine samples. We can screen 5000 people through initial test and then 1000 out of it through Masila Screening. |

Project 4: Hepatitis B Phase III |
Phase III of Hepatitis B vaccination program for 110 peoples who took Phase II during month of Feb-Mar. |

Project 5: SHIFA |
Project is to establishing single window system something similar to IQRA for unifying medical and small scale aspects of Kayalites. The name can be “SHIFA” as this charitable society is Insha Allah going to be shifa for medically suffering peoples and peoples who want to lead a self sufficient life. |
As part of this exercise, KNM Dammam establishes this Organization during 2011 when they hold the IQRA leadership. Insha Allah, We will develop unified mechanism for helping the needy medical patients and people who require money to develop their small scale needs. |
Project 6: Kayal Health Survey |
This is must for Mass cancer Screening Program as per Dr. Masilamani to arrive at different food habits, health records of Kayal community living in kayal and outside kayal. |
NAKWA, American Kayalites takes initiative in this aspect with me and Kayal First Trust. We can support them and KNM Dammam work with NAKWA and get this health survey which is going to be conducted for 6000 peoples across kayal and KWAs abroad. Total cost is estimated around INR 50000 and we can pay INR 10000-15000 to be part of this exercise. |

Project 7: House Repair Project |
Insha Allah, this year also, we can take 5-6 house repair projects. Procedure for obtaining the Application and screening can be more formalized. We can invite the applications through some forum so that this scheme reaches the really required beneficiaries as well. |

Project 8: Scientific Lab |
This project is part of Dr.Masilamani’s Foundation. Dr is willing to spend 2 more days to establish a scientific lab in one our schools wherein he will provide us with Scientific kit and with the help of utilizing computers and existing lab, we can make the students testify everything they study. Dr. Masilamani will train the teachers and students during his visit and he promise to re-visit every year to follow up as well. |

Project 9: Best School - Science Exhibition Support |
This award of INR 25000 is fund provided to Best School of the Year 2011. This amount can be utilized by the school for a science exhibition. Students are encouraged to invent and showcase their ideas and they are reimbursed upto 50% of what they spend for their creativity. At the end they showcase their invention in exhibition day inviting all the schools in region and we also give prize money to Winners. |

Project 10: Communication & Personal Skills Development |
We can develop the Inter personal skills and communication skills of our students by having a continuous program (by hiring a capable person fulltime) or enrolling the students in week’s course. KWA Jeddah will also be part of this exercise if we do it through IQRA during our next leadership tenure. Again her also, 50% of money borne by students and remaining will be shared between us and KWA Jeddah or other interested KWAs. |
Initially 50 students can be given course. For each student it may cost INR 1500, so 50X750=37500. Instead a trainee can also be hired fulltime and utilizing the space available in IQRA, we can conduct regular classes which will benefit all. |

Project:1 Hepatitis B Vaccination
Phase I: Around 620 Beneficiaries of which 300 are phase ONE and 320 are Booster.
This phase was heavily advertised and turnout was phenomenal we cannot control the crowd during morning in Zubaidha School and the same during evening time in IIM.
Phase II: Around 150 Beneficiaries came of which 110 for phase TWO and remaining for Booster.
Due to shortage of time after getting Govt Approval and laziness of the people who have taken phase ONE are the reasons for low turnout.
Cost: INR 14933 (including remaining Injections (around 150) for Phase Three).
Due to our wholesale purchase directly from Company, cost for each vaccine administered comes down to INR 16 including all overhead cost which is 10:1 market price and 16:1 of price what KMT Hospital costs.
Project:2 Quiz
Live TV Quiz and Paper based Islamic Quiz were conducted. Live TV Quiz was conducted by Moulavi Mubarak Madani. The response for Paper based Islamic Quiz was overwhelming and we find it very difficult to correct the answers. The people who fetched 100/100 were given first prize and 99.5/100 were given Consolation.

We have received as many 8-10 applications and after personal visit by our team 6 were shortlisted. Of which 5 projects were completed and 1 is pending.

Project:4 Educational Awareness Program
This project was one of very successful and useful program for students especially 10th and 12th students. Dr.Abideen from Zakir Hussian College was very interactive especially with Boyz and around 900 students from all Kayalpatnam schools participated in this awareness campaign. At the end of the program, we have given prizes for students who won on raffle draw.
